Merencanakan, mengkoordinir, dan monitoring seluruh kegiatan proses produksi yang menjadi tanggungjawabnya dalam rangka mencapai target produksi secara optimal, kualitas dan kuantitas sesuai dengan sasaran yang telah ditetapkan

Job description

Full Film Order Production
• Monitor the implementation of production under his responsibility in accordance with the Quality Plan (production process standards, product specs, product criteria, quality standards) made by R&D and QC
• Directing production foreman to ensure the availability of resources needed in the production process

• Ensure the availability of man power for the implementation of the production process in accordance with established man power standards

• Ensure that all production processes are carried out in accordance with applicable SOPs, work guidelines and policies

• Coordinate with PPIC in achieving the daily production plans that have been set

• Monitor and ensure the fulfillment of production targets on each shift
• Monitor the quality of production results on each shift periodically (daily)
• Collaborate with the engineering, warehouse, QC, HRD, Project Engineering, R&D, and formulation departments in implementing "trouble shooting" if problems arise in their departments

• Monitor waste (RM, PM, Semi Finished Goods) generated in each shift (daily), carry out variance analysis and determine preventive actions to reduce waste
Recording & Validating Documentation
• Coordinate with superiors and PDCA manufacture in creating production report formats

• Socialize / direct the team in making the required reports
• Regularly check all reports made by Production foreman and administration, to ensure the data/reports are accurate and up to date

• Analyze data/reports and ensure the availability of reports required by management

• Ensure that production reports are archived in accordance with standards

Asset Management
• Ensure implementation of daily asset completeness checks
• Ensure that WIP control procedures are implemented
• Ensure that preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out on work machines and equipment

• Coordinate the implementation of regular stock taking

System Compliance
• Conduct socialization of policies / rules / work guidelines / SOPs to the team
• Ensure implementation of production SOPs in the field
• Ensure implementation of GMP, 5S, Safety

Continuous Improvement
• Analyzing reports and field activities in order to find possible improvements in the section he leads

• Propose additions to machines, work equipment, process optimization, machine modifications and production flows

• Discuss with superiors and team members to implement improvements to encourage a more productive work situation
Team Management
• Build a team to be able to show maximum performance by carrying out regular coaching & counseling activities and conducting team training & development
