• Progress Tracking: (1) Monitor all project activities and consult project workstream team to follow the same standard and approach in project deployment (2) Regularly monitor the project's progress against the project plan, schedule, and milestones. Ensure that tasks are completed on time and within scope

• Documentation: Create and Manage all Project templates. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including reports, logs, and records. Ensure that documentation is accessible to all relevant parties.

• Stakeholder Communication: Support Project Core team in Reporting to SteerCo and communication with all biz teams. Act as a point of contact for project stakeholders. Facilitate communication and ensure that stakeholders are informed about the project's status and any significant developments.

• Performance Metrics: Collect and analyze performance metrics to assess the project's progress and effectiveness. Use data to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions.

• Status Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular status reports to project stakeholders, including project updates, key metrics, and any issues or risks that have been identified.

• Compliance and Standards: Ensure that the project adheres to organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Verify that the ERP system complies with relevant guidelines and standards.

• Education & Major: Computer Science or a related field
• English level: Good
• Computer skill and/or software: Good
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, and software.
