Main purposes:
1. To manage project development from initiation to closure (project area above 5,000 m2)
2. To build up and manage the project pipelines in the assigned area in order to maximize the business with them and achieving the sales target.
3. To understand customers’ needs and bring TOA Paint products/ service directly to customers
4. To building and strengthen relationship with potential partners and customers i.e. Contractors, Developer, Design Consultant, Interior Designers & End users & Pre-engineered building contractor.
5. To do customer mapping to identify the main players on market segments.
6. To develop key customer relationship and develop action plan for each customer, ensure continuity of effective communication with customers and identify key decision makers
7. To track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to management.
Expected contributions:
1. Align the goals and strategies to accomplish the sales targets.
2. Promote visibility of TOA Paint with end–user accounts.
3. Positive client relationship with clear interaction and engagement
4. Clear reporting on all activities as and when required.
1. Education: University degrees, preferably field in construction and chemical.
2. Experience: 3–year experience in working in similar position; Having knowledge about the paint and construction chemicals industry is an advantage.
3. Specific knowledge hard & soft skills:
- Understand company’s products and competitor’s.
- Knowledge in opportunity management and account management. Transactional business.
- Others (e.g. language skills, leadership skill, technical skills):
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literate and presentation skills.
- Ability to learn, good communication skills and result-oriented.
- Able to work under pressure and respect the deadline.
- Willing to travel.
