Scope of work: Property Manager will be overall responsible for the day-to-day operations of the project to plan, guide and support the project toward a success by efficient management, well services provided
MAIN DUTIES:
1. Management system setting up:
Set up the operations budget
Set up standard templates and prepare for reports including operational report, profit & loss statement, periodical operation plan, etc.
Assist developer in handover process of the project and provide related documents.
2. Operation management:
In charge of running the operations of building (Building Office)
Maintains Building by investigating and resolving tenant complaints
Strictly control all expenses related to property and effectively utilize budget to avoid overspending.
Administering lease agreements, ensuring all terms are upheld
Being available to respond to property emergencies 24/7.
Coordinating regular property inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs
3. Employee Management:
Ensure all employees always maintain work ethics and obey to company’s code of conduct
Involve in recruitment interview, train as well as give each staff chances to develop themselves
Conduct a minimum of 2 performance appraisals per year for all staffs

Qualification: Graduated from University upwards with related majors.
Experience: at least 5 years in similar position, especially in Office Management.
Language: fluent English
Proficient in Microsoft: word, excel
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
Deep understanding in property management, especially experiences in hotel and building management is preferred;
Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills, for liaising with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders;
