We are seeking a Python Backend Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions and ensure optimal performance and reliability of applications.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience: 3+ years in Python Backend development.

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in Python, including asynchronous programming with asyncio.
• Proficiency with frameworks like AioHTTP or FastAPI.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and experience with ClickHouse.
• Familiarity with Kafka for messaging and Redis for caching.
• Experience in writing tests, preferably using pytest.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and GitLab CI for deployment.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Linux environments.
• Experience in application architecture design and code reviews.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively in agile teams.
