(1) Feedback reports to customers.
(2) Maintain QMS/EMS according to ISO standards as certificated.
(3) Establish training program for quality
(4) Perform internal quality audit.
(5) Liaise with approved standards/safety institutions/agencies
(6) Analyze process data and quality reports
(7) Perform failure analysis and monitor corrective actions
(8) Write and update inspection plan/ criteria
(9) Withhold shipment of product if quality is in doubt
(10) Stop production line
(11) Together with Prod/process Eng to complete the FMEA
(12) Demand corrective actions from production and supplier
(13) Write inspection plan, first article inspection report, job instruction, process flow and other
records pertaining to quality
(14) raise the scraping of parts in liaising with MRB
(15) Be able to access all departments document for the purpose of internal quality audit.
(16) Perform calibrate fixtures, measures, or tester.
(17) Stop use of un-calibrated or out of calibration equipment.
(18) Design QC test gauges and fixtures.
(19) Perform process audit.
(20) Write up Material concession (M/C)/ Certificate of Compliant (COC)/ Quality Requisition (QAR).
(21) Assist the QM manager to identify resource requirements and provide adequate resources and
assign trained personnel.
(22) Any other duties as and when required by the QM Manager

1) Education: A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field is often required for QA Engineer positions in the electronics industry.
2) Experience: Previous experience in electronics quality assurance is highly desirable. This could include experience with inspection and evaluation electronic components, circuits, PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards), or electronic devices.
3) Troubleshooting Skills: QA Engineers in the electronics field need strong troubleshooting skills to identify and diagnose issues with electronic components or systems. They should be able to work with testing team effectively to isolate problems and determine root causes.
4) Knowledge of Quality Control Processes: Understanding of quality control processes and methodologies specific to the electronics industry is important. This could include techniques for incoming inspection, in-process audit, and final product inspection.
5) Communication Skills: Effective communication skills are crucial for QA Engineers to communicate with process engineers, production personnel, and other stakeholders. They should be able to clearly convey test results, raise concerns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
