QA Manager ( Garment)

- Deploy and monitor the quality management system, ensure that the Company's quality objectives are met regarding processes, standards, and product specifications.

- Build a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly factory quality reporting system to the company's board of directors and the Group. From there, propose solutions to the Company's directors to ensure that product quality is increasingly better according to the company's KPIs

- Analyze, research, and improve quality if errors are detected. Analyze product quality data to propose solutions and prevention options.

- Coordinate with other Departments/Sections in the company to monitor and improve processes to ensure quality in production.

- Build a training roadmap for QA/QC according to frequency, stages, and periods to control and ensure that the Company's quality is increasingly better.

- Work with customers to meet customers' quality improvement goals in line with the factory's quality goals.

- Handle arising problem about quality management

- Conduct regular quality inspections at Factory and material suppliers.

- Other jobs assign by General Director.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- University degree

- English/ Chinese.

- Have 5 - 10 years of experience in quality management.

- Garment quality knowledge

- Leadership, communication, employee motivation, analysis.

- Organize logicly and systematically to build reasonable processes, outline plans and divide tasks for each Department/Section.
