- Create documents and create a quality standard system for each product.
- Responsible for ensuring product quality through the working procedures between related parties.
- Internal audit company's Quality Management system.
- Participate in production Kaizen activities at the factory.
- Coordinate with production side when there are customer requests for products
- Keep records certificates according to procedures and regulations
- Audit suppliers
- Conduct training for relevant departments on the application of systems, standards and procedures as well as changes to systems and procedures to suit actual requirements.
- IQC, PQC, OQC
- Control countermeasure and maintenance countermeasure in the department.
- Handle customer claim about product quality.
- Maintain customer complaint records.
- Train and manage product inspection skills.
- Organize monthly quality department meetings.

Bachelor’s degree or University degree in engineering, Business Administration, or relevant disciplines
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in QA & QC
- Have knowledge of 7 QC tools.
- Communicate is good by English
- Able to work well in a team and have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
- Office tools: excel, powerpoint, word, outlook
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
