QA Supervisor

1. Responsible for managing and supervising the Incoming Quality Assurance department and its technicians/inspectors in the day-to-day execution of customer/departments requests for incoming inspection.
2. Responsible for managing, conduct performance reviews, creating training plans and delivering training to inspectors, in addition to identifying staff development needs in areas such as GMP training, technical skills, safety, performance management and best practices.
3. Be the main point of contact for materials quality and incoming inspection team to ensure timely execution of needed activities for incoming inspection planning, inspection results and back order demands as required.
4. Establish material standard for every new material.
5. Responsible for good housekeeping and safety procedures in the inspection areas.
6. Work with related functions to solve non-conformity material to ensure good material for production. Follow up corrective action from supplier and verify the effectiveness. Conduct supplier audit for supplier performance management.
7. Document, justify, review or analyze whether a proposed change to a process will not enhance the risk level in some way beyond capability of current controls or whether change will result in potential non-compliance to a required standard.
8. Make packing specification for new product.
9. Establish, Update the processes, procedures as per QMS, ISO, GMP requirement.
10. Complete any arising as requirement from manager.

Working conditions:

Working Place: Lot A1-6, N5 Street, Cu Chi North west Industrial Park, HCMC. (shuttle bus from Hochiminh City)

Working hour: 08:00 - 17:00 (Monday - Saturday)

1. University graduated.
2. At least 2-5 years working experiences in relevant industry in multinational company, in which GMP, 5S, Iso 9001 systems is applied.
3. Fluently English in both writing and speaking.
4. Good leadership skills, Time Management skills, and problem solving skills.
5. Advanced planning, problem solving, and decision making skills.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Candidates with experience in the diaper field & personal care are preferred.
