QC LEADER (PRINTING GARMENTS)

Main role: Manages and responsible embellishment quality control based on customers & UA’s quality management standards

• Approve strike off for sample/ 1st output for bulk production
• Receive checking plan request from Printing/ Outsource team and assign QC Embellishment to check
• Double check for rejected inspection from QC and accept level decision
• Review and sign off on inspection report and send to relevant depts
• Evaluate team member skill and execute development plan
• Conduct Training & development for QC Embellishment
• Contribute to enhance quality management system
• Contribute to create embellishment inspection database and standard

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Experiences 3-5 years of same level in garment field
• Experience with quality control techniques 
• Strong relationship and coaching, mentoring, leadership
• People management: building/employee motivation
• Fluent English
