Mô tả Công việc
- Quality Control:
- Control the quality of raw materials, packaging, Sugar mix product follow the quality control system and customer requirments.
- Control all quality checking processes of Sugar Mix factory, make sure all process implement completely.
- Corporate with sale and procurement team in launching new materials/products.
- Update Work Instruction & QC plan if any
- Update & make Sugar mix specification
- Food safety control:
- Regularly checking the food safety condition of Sugar Mix Factory and Warehouse and report if any.
- Checking the manufacture process following the quality control system, report if any.
- Control and record NC product, raw material.
- Work with outsource to momitor & control pest effective
- Claim:
- Investigate & solve customer complain/good return then make report
- Update & monitor claim, analyse trend & make report Monthly
- Quality management system:
- Set up and implement the quality control system follow FSSC 22000 and CJ QMS system.
- Verify and check the compliance of QMS of Sugar Mix Production.
- Update and follow the Japanese regulation if any changes.
- Fulfill customer requirments:
- Fill and check the customer document requirments.
- Prepare and take part in customer audit.
- Others:
- Make and control the QC Sugar mix budget, CAPEX.
- Make plan and implement the equipment calibrations, testing QC technician skill, material/product annual testing, quality control training.
- Monitor Lab activity & manage 5S at QC
- Generate cost saving
- Solve other arising works and other duties assigned by the Superior
- Working location: Mỹ Xuân - Phú Mỹ - BRVT
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor of Food Technology/ Biotechnology or equivalent.
- Have knowledge about Quality Manager System, FSSC 22000, BRC,...
- At least 02 year of working experience with similar position.
- Have knowledge about food safety.
- Working knowledge of quality control methods
- Good at English
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good communication skill
- Good in both team work and independent work.
- Have leadership skills.
- Good in time management.
- Good in logic analytical skill and making report.
- Meticulous attention to detail
