Job description:

Key responsibilities:
- Full accountability for product quality and factory delivery timing
- Active quality control management and prevention of defects
- Implementation of corrective actions when quality issues arise
- Adherence to the company's comprehensive quality control policies and procedures.
- Regular reporting using established formats and systems
Detail Description:
-Conduct daily inspections using the R15 form
-Inspect materials within 4 hours of receipt at the factory
-Inspect TOP UPPERs within 2 hours of completion
-Inspect TOP SAMPLES within 4 hours of completion
-Conduct random spot checks on 5% of production every 2 hours during each shift
-Issue and maintain quality control reports
-Complete and file R15 reports within 24 hours of each inspection
-Issue R19 form for any detected non-conformity within 4 hours of discovery
-Photograph all non-conformities and document properly
-Verify corrective actions
-Follow up on all R19 reports within 48 hours
-Conduct quality inspections at all stages of production
-Verify color accuracy and material quality

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

-Age: 30-55
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Control, or related field;
- Minimum 7 years experience in footwear quality control;
- Have the skills, abilities, and qualities necessary to ensure the successful execution of the job descriptions mentioned above.
- English proficiency sufficient for professional communication, discussion, and reporting with colleagues and management.
