Department Management:
- Support in planning the overall strategy of Store and Vendor Audit Management
- Implement operating policies and procedures for the department, facilitating efficient and effective performance
- Implementation of People programs/activities for the Internal Quality Assessors
- Initiate internal process improvements & simplification
- Manage cost efficiency and productivity of the department
- Continuously provide innovative and efficient programs to drive FSC sustenance and performance improvement
Audit Feedback Management:
- Manage conflict up to resolution arising from audit concerns
- Manage feedback from store operations/vendors related to audit
Quality Validation and Measurement:
- Conduct store and supplier visits to capture operations situations to validate quality performance, evaluate implemented systems and procedures, to investigate or validate store and customer
- Monitor overall conformance to quality standards, compliance to ISO requirements as applicable, and to government regulations on food & sanitation.
FSC and Vendor Training and Consultancy:
- Conduct briefings and technical meetings/training for store operations and vendors
- Organizes training events for VQM, store operations, and vendors as needed. Facilitate cross-functional pre-project planning meetings that ensure project execution
