1. Perform daily pick-up analysis and reporting
2. Perform regular competitive benchmark studies and be informed of market trends.
3. Support Revenue Director to create and develop pricing strategies in conjunction with the individuality of each property.
4. Ensure all related systems are configured correctly, validated and working to full capacity.
5. Regularly check the input and the quality of data and work with Reservations & Operations to resolve any issues.
6. Evaluate performance of distribution channels and contracted rates
7. Maintain rate parity across the channels.
8. Assist the Sales team in analyzing the performance of their Accounts.
9. Prepare documents for Revenue Meeting
10. Support Revenue Management team to prepare and support the annual revenue budget.
11. Prepare Ad-hoc analysis as required by the Company.
- Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or Sales/Marketing, revenue management preferred.
- English Level: Highly articulate in English language, both written and spoken
- Minimum of 2-3 years in Sales & Marketing related operations, of which 01 years experiences as Revenue Management at international hotel 4* and up. Experienced in Reservation / Ecommerce
