We are looking for a confident, forward-thinking Sales (Inbound) Associate who can work well under pressure and who exhibits a spirit of excellence to generate our business.
What you’ll do
Sales and lead sourcing: acquire and onboard business users by maintaining a healthy pipeline of leads, and ensuring weekly sales targets are achieved;
Sales operations: ensure Standard Operating Procedures and Policies are implemented in a timely and accurate manner;
Working closely and coordinating with internal stakeholders in handling service failure, billing issues, customer complaints, and other inquiries;
Collaborating with the marketing department on regular and seasonal campaigns and oversee the overall campaign timeline to ensure the integration plan is finished as committed to expected output quality;
Generating weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reports to provide key learnings, feedback (trends, patterns, irregularity), actionable insights and actions are needed to support the growth of your department.
