Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Administrative Staff member to join our team. This multifaceted role involves supporting the sales department's administrative functions, maintaining a strong understanding of timber regulations and process the timber/paper/GRS declarations, updating ISO documents in the sales team, , and handling samples for overseas showrooms. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, comprehensive knowledge of timber declaration procedures, familiarity with ISO requirements, and the ability to manage sample logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
Timber Declaration:
Process the timber declaration for all customers based on provided documentations, ensuring accurate and timely submission of required documentation to relevant authorities.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of local and international timber regulations and update the team with these regulations.
ISO Compliance:
Understand ISO standards and requirements relevant to the company's operations.
Maintain and update procedures and documentation of the sales team to ensure alignment with ISO standards.
Sample Handling for Overseas Showrooms and trade fairs:
Coordinate with branch offices to request and send samples for satellite showrooms, ensuring timely shipment and tracking.
Coordinate with sales to arrange samples and logistics necessities for trade fairs
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including visa, transportations, and meals for customers.
Keep the visitor calendar up to date.
Keep the stock list up to date.
Handle new prospects’ initial requests.
Team Building and Activities:
Plan and organize team outings, activities, and team-building events to foster a positive and cohesive work environment.
Support the sales team in executing team-building initiatives that enhance teamwork, communication, and morale.
Other tasks requested by the manager.
