Sales admin work
- Prepare & manage sales contract with Customer.
- Place order to suppliers.
- Manage shipments from Suppliers until goods is delivered to Customers.
- Follow-up payment milestones with Suppliers and Customers.
- Resolve issues occuring during Contract implementation.
- Input all data in company internal system.
- Control inventory.
- Folow up import and export material list.
- Prepare paperwork for import-export shipment: Invoice, packing list, contract, delivery order, shipping instruction, Customs declaration….
- Make shipping arrangements with Forwarders / Shipping Agents for transportation of engines/gensets/materials into Vietnam.
- Check BOM, manage in-out and inventory of material, make customs finalization report.
- Maintain file records of all Import & export documents...
- University or Degree in technology, business, trading field or Foreign language university.
- Have at least 1- 2 years of work experience..
- Have experience in Import - Export & international payment, including L/C payment.
- Can use English fluently.
- Computer skills (MS. Office, especially good at word, excel); MS project is plus.
