Position Overview: As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our sales operations, acting as the bridge between our customers and our production team. You will be responsible for managing sample requests, tracking production statuses, and ensuring seamless communication with customers throughout the entire order process. Additionally, you will support our Account Managers and be entrusted with tasks that contribute to the smooth execution of customer orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Sample and Production Management:
Request and follow up on sample quality and schedule, and send samples to customers.
Prepare samples for customer testing and ensure all necessary documentation is in place.
Coordinate pre-production meetings, ensuring customer requirements are clearly communicated to all relevant departments.
Request mass production based on customer orders and follow up production schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
Customer Communication and Support:
Maintain daily communication with customers regarding sample and order statuses.
Follow up with relevant departments to address and resolve customer complaints.
Key in customer forms and necessary paperwork accurately and promptly.
Alert the Sales Manager immediately if there are risks related to timelines, quality, or budget that could impact customer satisfaction.
Sales and Administrative Support:
Assist Account Managers in preparing researches, quotations, presentations, photo offers, and meeting materials.
Develop the capability to manage and nurture customer accounts independently, acting as a key point of contact for select accounts.
Ensure that the sample area is neat, organized, and tidy at all times.
Complete reports and other administrative tasks as requested by the Sales Manager.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a sales coordination or customer service role, preferably in furniture, handicraft or home décor industries.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP software
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Recent graduates or candidates with over 2 years of experience in a similar position.
