Working Hours: 08:00 – 12:00, 13:30 – 17:30, Monday to Friday
Work Location: Ha Noi (Remote), Ho Chi Minh (Remote), Da Nang (Onsite)

Job Responsibilities:
Deliver on outbound and inbound growth initiative goals.
Lead, hire, train, and onboard a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
Coach, manage performance, and develop career paths for team members.
Consistently meet or exceed team goals for activity, pipeline creation, and hiring.
Track and report SDR metrics, dashboards, and statistics for continuous improvement.
Develop and implement team processes, best practices, and training programs.
Monitor outbound activities (calls, emails) to ensure team goals are met and take corrective actions when needed.
Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and optimize outreach strategies.
Motivate and incentivize team members with creative initiatives to drive top performance.
Regularly report on individual and team results to stakeholders.
Define performance-driven metrics and expectations for pipeline creation.
Participate in team meetings, networking, trade shows, and activities to grow the business.
Provide market and product feedback to refine business development strategies.
Manage sales engagement software and CRM to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Identify opportunities to improve team performance and implement thoughtful solutions
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required;
2–5 years of experience as a Sales Development Manager, ideally with a background as an Account Executive or in a similar closing position.
Experience within performance, partner, affiliate marketing, SaaS, or technical product sales is a plus.
Strong proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) and data-driven decision-making.
Solid understanding of reporting, forecasting, and B2B sales processes.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; proficient in English (spoken and written).
Ability to coach, motivate, and hold team members accountable for results.
Proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas (individual and team).
Project management skills and knowledge of sales KPIs evaluation.
Comfortable working in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment with ambiguity.
Strong analytical abilities and creative problem-solving skills.
Passion for marketing, technology, and learning critical business functions (Sales, Business Development, Marketing, etc.).
Experience coordinating with sales leadership to build targeted outreach campaigns.
Ability to utilize data to uncover leads and opportunities.
Self-motivated, driven, and adaptable; thrives in dynamic and competitive settings.
Outbound SDR management experience is strongly preferred.

Salary: Base salary (10 -15 Mil) + Commission
