Job description:
I. Sales Activities:
1. Responsible for providing ongoing support to high value customers
2. Develop new customers
3. Make presentation slide & visit customers regularly to maintain good relationship, update projects information, competitors information, customers’ feedback about products & service
4. Identify & receive new project information, make quotation, follow up customer feedback about quotations, competitors’ information to win project. After winning project, communicate with customers & factory side to ensure delivery to customers
5. Monitor PO & delivery schedule from customer to avoid linedown problem
6. Monitor PO & Forecast from customers to analyze fluctuation trend
7. Negotiate with customers in case there is anything happen
8. Develop new customers to expand sales
9. Research & report about sales market trend, competitors’ activities…
10. Other tasks from company
11. Survey market information
12. Visit planning
13. Collaborating with related department to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
II. Engineering Activities:
1. Promote products & technology by presentation
2. Technical support & trouble shooting when necessary
3. Do training about products, bearing handling, bearing trouble shooting, bearing installation… to support customers, make good relationship & enhance image
4. Receive customers’ quality claim & do investigation with Manager’s instruction. Negotiate with customers in need & report customers about investigation result
5. Fulfill all customers’ request about technical questions, technical survey, Report
6. Other tasks from company
7. Technical support at customer site
• Age: 30-35 years old
• Experienced (General)
• Strong education background (preferably from a reputable University) with at least a Bachelor's Degree in related fields
• At least 3 years of working experience at FDI companies selling industrial equipment
• Education background in mechanical/ technical/ automation...
• Must be interested in Sales activities & strong negotiation skill will be an advantage
• Good communication skill
• Good at English (writing and speaking)
• Good work ethics and capacity to learn and adapt
• Ability to doing HO/REN/SO (ホウレンソウ)activity to Manager
• Experience in Industrial Field ( Mechanical/Automation) is preferred
• Ability to Think & Action by ownself
• Willing to Challenge
• Flexible thinking

• Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy way to understand.
