· Develop and maintain relationships with architects, designers, developers, and contractors to understand project requirements and promote our product offerings.
· Identify and establish relationships with dealers and distributors across the region to expand our market reach and drive sales through indirect channels.
Sales Execution:
· Engage with key decision-makers to understand their needs, present our products, and propose customized solutions.
· Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to win new projects and dealer partnerships.
· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and dealers while maximizing profitability and adhering to company policies.
Dealer Management:
· Onboard new dealers and distributors, providing training, support, and resources to help them effectively promote and sell our products.
· Develop and implement dealer incentive programs, promotions, and marketing campaigns to drive sales and increase dealer engagement.
· Monitor dealer performance, provide regular feedback, and implement strategies to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
Market Insights and Reporting:
· Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
· Track sales activities, manage opportunities, and generate accurate forecasts using CRM software.
· Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance, market insights, and dealer activities.

ü Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, architecture, engineering, or a related field.
ü Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the construction, building materials, or interior design industry.
ü Strong understanding of the construction project lifecycle and familiarity with architectural and design processes.
ü Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
ü Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
ü Ability to work independently and remotely while collaborating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
