Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales management. Experience with fashion brands is highly preferred.
Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing and motivating sales teams, with the ability to lead by example and inspire a high level of performance.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze sales data, track performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the fashion retail market, trends, and consumer behavior.
Data analysis: Proficient in using retail management software, and data analysis.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, staff, and management.
Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to think critically and make decisions quickly in a fast-paced retail environment.
