You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential. You will work smoothly with other departments, especially marketing Department to improve market share in all dental product lines and achieve the company’s overall business goals.
1. Achieving growth and hitting targets by successfully managing the surgery sales team.
2. Forecasting global sales target in collaboration with the marketing department and management team and define sales target for the sales team.
3. Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan to expands our company’s customer base, ensure our market-share and achieve sales target
4. Co-ordinate with human resource department to recruite sale representative, objective setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives. Can learn and understand technical products for efficient coaching of the sales team
5. Provide necessary training and coaching to make strong team.
6. Provide “on the ground” support for the sales team and direct contact with key customers.
7. Present sales, revenue and expenses report and realistic forecasts to the management team.
8. Doing market research for new suppliers or to find other business opportunities for the company.
1. Minimum of 2 years experiences (Medical or Pharmaceutical or Market Research appreciates).
2. Good oral and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English is a good advantage.
3. Ability to easily communicate and to build easily relationship with key customers.
4. Self-motivated, honest, independent, high energy, enthusiastic personality and care for details.
5. Good work ethic with the ability to listen and learn.
6. Good time management and organizational skills.
