Mô tả Công việc
1. Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance team performance and skills.
- Facilitate in recruit, retain and develop sales members to attain growth objectives.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.
2. Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and volume/ revenue targets.
- Managing sales pipeline, activities by CRM or other tools, and provide forecasting to relevant stakeholder.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional senior management to conduct sales strategies for all business products and services
3. Performance Management:
- Monitor sales performance metrics, including KPIs, sales quotas, and revenue targets.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Take proactive measures to address performance issues and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Help sales members solve the business problems and challenges.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high level of responsiveness.
5. Sales Operations and Administration management:
- Oversee sales territories, budgeting, and planning activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Generate relevant market and sales reports for higher management team.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, Maritime, Business or related field
- 3 – 5 years’ experience at the management level in logistics/ freight forwarder or shipping industry
- Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
- Results-oriented
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English is must, Chinese speaking will be advantage.
- Availability to travel as needed.
