Partner with Sales Managers to align on strategy, sales forecast and target achievement, including working with Trade marketing and related functions.
Develop and implement Sales operations strategies to streamline processes, drive sales efficiency and support business objectives.
Monitor and analyze Sales performance against targets, and take appropriate action where necessary to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
Daily analyze Sales Data to identify trends and opportunities and use this information to drive sales growth.
Enhance system and tool function for efficiency support for sales team. Support sales team to increasing sales, service and meet their objective.
Check and remind the sales force about compliance (inventory checks, sales targets, etc.). Alert on any discrepancies, report. Conduct sales audits and handle cases of non-compliance (e.g., dumping…).
Check and review the discount calculation sheet outside the contract (if any) for customers/distributors/agents
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
Maintain customer registration and manage database master.
Set up sales operation process and distribution management policy.
II. Sales Operation - Secondary Task:
Work with HR to manage and check Business trip budget/ Promotion/ to customer for sales team and incentive for sales team.
Check, review, and analyze the indicators of each channel/region according to the business department's plan to allocate and support the channels/regions in building monthly/quarterly/annual sales plans and targets.
Work with other departments within Finance & Accounting, Supply chain…, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
Coordinate to check, tracking, and verify the settlement data of promotional programs from Trade.
III. Manage team:
Manage and lead the sales operations team, ensuring all team members are trained, motivated and performing to the highest standards.
Guide, assign, and direct tasks for each employee in the department, as well as manage the sales policies and reporting system of the business unit.
Evaluate staff performance by reviewing the completed KPI by the stall on yearly basis.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Operation, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
Have strong experience in contracting & contract processing
Ability to lead and manage a team
Familiarity with DMS software and Sales Analytics tools.
Knowledge of FMCG sales and marketing principles.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
