Sales Operation Specialist

We are looking for Sales Operation Speacialist who is willing to work with the detailed description below:

1. B2C Sales (60%):

• PSI management:

- Inventory management for all LTG products (B2C, B2B & ODM).

- Make the purchase plan based on sales conditions and sales forecast.

- Delivery control with customers.

• Handle Place Order.

• Others (Report, Documentation etc.).

2. Purchasing for Sales & Marketing Lighting Business Department (40%):

• Place Order: Proceed and send factory Purchase Order.

• Tracking delivery: update shipment schedule from factories and SCM team and arrange to delivery schedule.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or relevant major.

• Have from 2 years of experience in Sales, Purchasing or Supply Chain Management, working with Sales Dept.

• English skill: Moderate level (Basic level can be considered depending on other qualifications and character).

• Good communication skill.

• Proactive and willing to learn new things.

• Logical thinking and problem-solving skill.

• Detail-oriented.

• Good management of individuals tasks.

• Responsible character is high priority.
