We are a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company with over 2,000,000 subscribers across 23 countries and we are looking for Sales Team Leader to join our team. Our teams are collaborative, vibrant and fast-growing and all team members are empowered with the freedom to influence our business with ideas that drive innovation and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Aggressively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels. You will own the entire sales process from start to end- this includes generating leads and setting up meetings through cold calling (mainly), networking, and social media platforms.
  • Present, pitch Cartrack product solutions to new clients to understand their pain points and illustrate how Cartrack's solution will solve their challenges.
  • Ensure execution of client requests/requirements & respond to their service issues/inquiries
  • Coordinate with internal departments on meeting customers service requirements
  • Utilize internal CRM tools to their full potential for reporting, measuring, and controlling sales inputs and outcomes.
  • Management: Oversee small sales team activity and ensure productivity & KPI are met; Training and coaching them when necessary

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B sales with consultative selling mindset (Vietnam Logistics network is preferred)
  • Management experience of small-medium teamsize is a must
  • Deeply knowledgeable of SaaS/Healthcare/Industrial/FMCG Vietnam Logistics is a plus
  • Fluent English communication is a must to communicate with regional team
  • Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline and pitching product solutions to client
  • Willing to do cold-calling and handling rejection in a constructive manner
  • Have start-up spirit with constructive and adaptable approach
  • Office-based position (unless meeting customers)
