Job description: · Consulting customers about company products, delivery, and payment term · Follow up orders from receiving to delivery · Contacting related departments to finish the order on time · Assisting in production planning, purchasing etc. · Solving problems in case customers complain · Arranging photoshoot for new designs · Follow special requirements from customers if any. · Another job required by managers
Qualification: · Good manner in English · Strong communication and interpersonal skills · Being able to work under pressure · Experience of overseas customers handling and/or upholstered furniture would be an advantage(s). · Organized and able to work independently
