The Senior Account Executive is responsible for nurturing strong client relationships through personalized service, understanding client needs and industry challenges. They play a vital role in managing projects by serving as a single point of contact, coordinating internal and external teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Additionally, they contribute to identifying commercial opportunities by staying updated on market trends and assisting in research related to strategic branding and other key service areas.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Servicing
Build strong relationships with Clients by efficiently responding to their requests.
Identify the needs of Clients and provide personalised service.
Understand the client’s business and the challenges they face in their industry sector.
Support the development of proposals, budgets and timelines and ensure resulting communications are on target and delivered on time and within budget.
Contribute inspiring ideas to pitches and to client’s presentations.
Contribute to the development of Client’s brand, design, event, and digital deliverables.
Develop reports to track Client Account Performance.
Managing Projects
Work with Account Manager in managing projects effectively from start to finish.
Be a single point of contact throughout the entirety of a project.
Contribute to project performance to drive profitability.
Coordinate with all parties (internal and external) to ensure client projects delivered on time.
Issue gentle reminders for required information, input or sign-off.
Share new research and 'best practice' findings internally and with the client.
Development of Commercial Opportunities
Stay up to date on market trends, including social media, and identify opportunities to apply best practices to Savills processes.
Assist in conducting research on the client’s business, industry sector and competitive set.
Be well-versed with Savills Place’s key services.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Degree in Branding, Marketing, or related fields.
Two years of experience working in branding or marketing. Experience working in a start-up, agencies or the real estate field is beneficial.
Content creation and project management experience. Candidates with practical knowledge of web development and email marketing are preferred.
Attention to detail and a can-do attitude, strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficient in English.
Working proficiency with Microsoft Office.
