Develop and implement data governance framework within the company with related policies, standards, processes and guidelines
Assess current data gaps versus desired states or standards; coordinate with business data stewards to enhance & drive change to improve data at source; establish root cause of data issues, quantify the impact, develop remediation plans and oversee to resolution
Perform data reconciliation and check the data from time to time to ensure correct data.
Work with business data owners and users to establish data quality metrics & thresholds
Monitor and measure data quality across line of business and improvement opportunities
Utilize data profiling and data quality tools as well as various data sources to uncover and determine root causes of data quality issues
Develop & implement processes to continuously monitor data quality. Ensure that the data meets standards for completeness, accuracy, validity, timelines and relevance
Prepare data quality report and communicate result with relevant Business Units
Support other Business Units in implementation of data quality errors remediation plan
Establish and manage the data governance business as usual processes including embedding data governance requirements into other existing business processes
Undertake task assigned by Head of Data Architecture & Governance Department

University degree holder, preferably in IT areas
At least 3 - 5 years’ experience in Data Governance, Data Quality or Data Management preferable in Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Fintech
Hands on experience in data governance and quality framework and good skills in the areas of data profiling, monitoring and data change/issue management processes
Experience with data governance/ profiling tools
Good in building Data Quality dashboards
Strong knowledge of data reporting
Ability to perform detailed root cause analysis
Good knowledge of IBM Netezza and Oracle
Excellent oral and written communication, planning and decision-making skills
