Responsible for analyzing accounting data for financial reports, and product costing, enforcing proper accounting policies, and coordinating internal and external audits.
Motivate colleagues and share knowledge and advise on problem-solving solutions, monitor and evaluate performance.
2. Job Scope:
Review financial results and prepare the package report to meet the monthly reporting deadline for submission to headquarters.
Analysis of the financial result on P&L , B&S and product cost by comparing with the budget, last year.
Prepare rolling forecast by monthly.
To be a key member in preparing the budget of the company.
Monitor company KPIs.
To prepare company cashflow to generate the most benefit for the company.
3. Duties & Responsibilities
Ensure accounting is accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close.
Monitor and analyze work to develop a more efficient workflow and procedure.
Work closely with the accounting team, factory team, and marketing team to provide information for support management decision-making.
Coordinating the internal and external audits, following up and keeping track of the process, Tax officer.
Other assignments as required by the line manager and regional finance headquarters.

- Male/Female, over 30 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Management, Accounting, Finance, and related.
- Have knowledge of P&L, B/S, Cash low, Tax Law & Regulations
- Experience in manufacturing will be an advantage.
- Experience in SAP will be an advantage.
- Experience in Costing will be an advantage.
- Well in team organization, good interpersonal, attended to detail.
- Able to communicate with foreigners by speaking and writing.
- Able to work in the Bac Ninh area (there is a shuttle car service from Hanoi to Bac Ninh daily).
