• Lead the development of creative and brand-focused design concepts, from initial concepts to finished products

• Create designs for various materials, such as Key Visuals, Banners and Social Media posts.

• Collaborate with the design team, marketing department, and external stakeholders to understand and fulfill design requirements, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision and campaign objectives.

• Work closely with production teams to ensure designs are executed accurately and meet quality standards.

• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative audits, offering fresh perspectives to elevate the brand's fashion identity and campaign creativity.

• Assist in managing design assets, including archiving and organizing sketches, and design files for efficient access and use. Maintain detailed documentation of designs, specifications, and production processes.

• Participate in design reviews, incorporating feedback from the creative team, marketing department, and clients to ensure final designs meet the brand's aesthetic standards and commercial goals.

• Proven experience in creative design, brand development, and multimedia production.

• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with web design tools.

• Creative Skills: Strong sense of typography, color theory, and layout design; ability to transform concepts into compelling visual narratives.

• Team Collaboration: Experience working in a collaborative environment, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members 

• Adaptability: Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and flexible in handling multiple projects with varying deadlines..
