Job Summary: LÀM VIỆC TẠI BÌNH DƯƠNG - MUST HAVE REAL ESTATE PROJECT EXPERIENCE
• Collaborating with brand consultants to formulate brand strategies and identities.
• Coordinating with agencies/suppliers to implement marketing materials, websites, and printed materials in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Generating creative and innovative content and visuals for social media, PR bookings, and printed materials.
• Managing marketing campaigns across online and offline platforms to reach the target audience, meet expectations, and enhance brand awareness/credibility.
• Leading collaboration and communication with various vendors (consultants, media/event agencies, production houses, suppliers, etc.).
• Planning and executing events such as project launches, openings, video/photo shoots, and joint-marketing activities.
• Establishing and maintaining Sales Galleries, Show Units, Mock-up Units, Sales Offices, etc., ensuring high standards for smooth operations and an innovative customer experience.
• Engaging with vendors (security, cleaning, pest control, scent air, landscaping, etc.) and colleagues across multiple departments.
• Conducting training on Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), including manpower allocation, regulations, and standards, for internal and external service providers; overseeing routine inspections and improving quality.
• Actively coordinating with internal departments for efficient execution.
• Handling other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Must - have requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of experience in branding/marketing, real estate industry experience.
• Excellent planning, analytical, presentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to effectively manage several priorities and work as a team in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, as well as interpersonal style relating well to all levels within an organization.
• English language
