We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to join our company, one of the leading medical healthcare in Vietnam. As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our marketing initiatives and ensuring their successful implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote company's services and products, driving brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and use this information to inform marketing strategies.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and traditional advertising.
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies.
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, product development, and operations, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Manage relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and industry influencers to drive brand advocacy and thought leadership.
- Oversee public relations (PR) and communication activities, including media relations, press releases, and event sponsorships.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, measure ROI, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing, and continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Senior Marketing Manager or Associate Marketing Director, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.
- Strong expertise in marketing strategy development, digital marketing, and campaign execution.
- Solid understanding of product marketing principles and experience in developing product marketing strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing marketing team.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data, measure performance, and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with key opinion leader management and public relations activities.
- Proven track record in successfully driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Fluency in both English and Vietnamese is required.
