Job Purpose
As a Senior Officer, HR Generalist, provides comprehensive support across various HR activities to ensure smooth and efficient HR activities and operations. The incumbent bridges administrative tasks and strategic HR initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies to support organizational objectives. This role offers an opportunity for individuals to leverage their HR expertise and take on increased responsibility in a collaborative HR environment.
Key Accountabilities (1)
1. Business Partnering Support:
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business stakeholders to identify HR needs and developstrategies that align with organizational goals.
- Implementation of HR programs and initiatives to support organizational growth, employee engagement, and talent management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
2. Employee Champion:
- Advocate for employees' needs, concerns, and well-being within your assigned business units or departments.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and career development.

3. Employee Relations:
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employmentrelated issues.
- Implement in employee relations matters, including conducting investigations, resolving conflicts, andfacilitating disciplinary actions when necessary.

4. HR Operations:
- Oversee HR administrative tasks, including maintaining HRIS records, preparing HR documents, and ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hiresand departing employees.
5. HR Projects and Initiatives:
- Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity andinclusion programs, and HR process improvements.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports to support HR decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in HR or related function, with exposure to both administrative tasks and strategic Initiatives.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required. Experience with HRIS systems preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Good at communication, presentation abd good at English
- Master in Microsoft office, master in Power BI is a plus
- Prefer candidates who used to work in financial services area
