1. Process Analysis & Insights:
- Perform advanced process analysis on various supply chain processes using leading process mining tools.
- Map and model as-is and to-be processes across supply chain functions.
- Analyze process flows to identify bottlenecks, deviations, compliance issues, and inefficiencies within supply chain processes.

2. Process Optimization:
- Collaborate with process owners to understand process intricacies, performance KPIs, and business goals.
- Utilize data from ERP, GCP, TMS, WMS, and other satellite systems to develop insights that drive decision-making.
- Recommend and implement process improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks across supply chain functions.

3. Data Engineering & Tool Management:
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from different business systems (SAP, ERP, CRM, etc.) to process mining platforms.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and integration for analysis, working closely with Data teams.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:
- Serve as the main point of contact for process mining initiatives, providing expertise to supply chain teams and senior leadership.
- Present findings and process performance metrics to non-technical stakeholders in an understandable and actionable format.

1. Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.

2. Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in process mining, data analysis, or process engineering within a supply chain environment, or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable process improvement initiatives in complex supply chain environments.

3. Technical Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in process mining tools and techniques.
- Solid knowledge of SAP ERP and data structures related to supply chain operations.

4. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive decisions based on complex data analysis.

5. Communication & Leadership:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
