Senior Product Executive (Tommy Hilfiger & Polo Ralph Lauren)

Product:

• Handle consolidation, follow Finance procedure.
• Responsible for stock allocation from warehouse, according to VM calendar with different assortments designed for every store/online platform, follow sales trend, customer’s behavior, special events and display/stockroom capacity.
• Top up or return stocks according to sales trend, store’s capacity and VM changes.
• Claim for shortage or report to principle when there are extra items are shipped.
• Follow with principle and ensure on-time shipments, according to shipment plan, VM plan & MKT plan.
• Handle payments to principles, according to payment terms from signed contracts, net off with Credit notes/Debits note (if any)
• Prepare Masterfile before shipment arrives and update Masterfile periodically.
• Verify defects before returning to warehouse.
• Consolidate defect reports from all stores and send them to principle, follow defect claim guideline.
• Verify worn products from customer complaints, propose solutions (exchange/discount) and report to Product Manager/BM
• Write off approved defects, follow company and principle’s guidelines, with Audit and Finance teams.
• Co-operate with Operations team to assure stock in/stock out follows company procedure & matches with record from Finance team/system.
• Together with the Operations team, make sure information printed on labels/tags is correct and complied with Government & Company’s regulations.
• Order discount tag/label from warehouse team for retail team during sale season/promotions.
• Order carton labels from the warehouse team for retail team when there is stock return.
• Confirm stock transferring with quantity <9pcs
• Support stock verification at warehouse when necessary.
• Propose mark down scheme, according to sales performance, sale through and business trend for approval and work with IT/Finance to set up promotions on system.
• Order and prepare stock out for staff uniforms.
• Handle buy back proceed with Principle.

Report:

• Inventory report by week, by month, by quarter and yearly (stock on hand, Month on hand)
• Transportation report
• Consolidation/replenishment reports
• Sale through report
• Best/worst sellers report.
• Defect report.
• Shipment report
• Size ratio
• Color ratio.
• Other reports that required for Product analysis (sales by gender/division/category/subcategory/fit/sesonal/core/keylooks,)

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• At least 3 years of experience in working as a merchandiser/buyer in fashion/retails
• Able to perform under pressure and work in a fast paced team environment with strong computer skills. Excel is a must
• Able to communicate in both Vietnamese and English effectively at all levels
• Experience in a sales driven environment with strong analytical and time management skills
• Close attention to detail
• College, Bachelor’s degree or relevant certificate
• Always available for travelling
• Excellent in communication both English & Vietnamese
