1. Building business plan:
- Proposing/recommendation to the Head of Department/ Head of FDI Center on developing the strategy of the Department/Center, making the business plan of the Department.
2. Receive & implement a business plan
- Receive business targets (KPIs) assigned by Head of FDI Center.
- Develop a plan to exploit target customers (AP) and implement it (with the support of the Head of FDI Center) to achieve targets of the group/each staff member in the group.
3. Customers Development and Risk Management
- To hunt and onboard FDI potential customers, including Japan and Non-Japan
- Establish and build close relationships with customers to sell FDI products, advise on suitable financing options
- Coordinate with Business Development Department and related departments to structure and maximize sales for business customers.
- Sign and control the customer's credit reports under their management before submitting to higher level (Head of Department / Approval Specialist / Center Head)
- Regularly contact with customers to detect early warning signs of potential risks and coordinate with the Head of Department and related parties to propose/make plans to respond to arising risks and implementing risk management plans for each client
- Manage credit quality, together with Business Growth Department to control credit quality of customer transactions in the group and report to Head of Department and/or Head of FDI when there are unusual arising for credit granting, credit control and debt collection.
- Collaborate with RM/ARM to report meetings with customers to the Head of Department/Center
- Coordinate with the focal point of the Center to serve the inspection, audit and control delegations periodically and when requests arise.
- Give ideas on business development, risk management and coordinate with related departments to implement those ideas.
4. To propose for Product development, process improvement, service quality
- Offer/contribute plans to develop new product, operational procedures, and processes in order to enhance VPBank's service quality.
- Make contributions to the creation of programs for sales pushing.
- Coordinating with related divisions to develop new banking product/sevice for FDI customers
5. Human Resources Management
- Contribute to the Head of the Department/Head of the Center to build HR cost and plan in accordance with the general policy of the Center.
- Train and guide RM/ARM in the group of customer management and internal transactions. Manage and develop RM/ ARM into potential SRM/ RM
6. Other tasks assigned by the Head of Department/Head of the Center during each period.
1. Educational Qualifications
- University graduated or higher in economics / finance / banking / business administration
2. Relevant Experience:
- Have at least 5 years working in banking industry.
- Having at least 3 years of working experience at the Bank's Direct Sales Unit (CIB/CMB/SME Division)
- Having skills to hunt/sell new customers.
3. Relevant Knowledge/ Expertise
- Understand the provisions of the law on banking and businesses, policies, regulations, products of the bank for corporate customers
- Having good knowledge of the market, business activities of Corporate customer as well as the key industries that FDI Center is financing.
- Good knowledge of finance and credit risk management.
4. Skills:
- Have good sales skills and list of potential customers
- Good negotiation and relationship building skills
- Strong organization and management skills
- Have good communication skills and ability to work in a team;
- Creative thinking and high pressure at work;
- English: Fluency
- Preference will be given to candidates who are good at Japanese, Korean, and Chinese.
5. Others:
