Working Hours and Location
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City Key Responsibilities
Conduct customer visits and telemarketing activities to expand business opportunities. Drive sales growth by enhancing the company's capacity in the ocean freight market. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. Identify and engage with potential customers through research, calls, and meetings. Organize and participate in customer meetings and industry events. Collaborate closely with Pricing and Operations Teams to align strategies and deliver exceptional service. Prepare and submit weekly reports on sales activities and performance. Monitor trends in the ocean freight market and proactively take appropriate actions.

Job Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience in the logistics and freight forwarding industry, focusing on sales and business development. Proven ability to manage P&L and meet revenue targets, particularly within the USA trade lane. Extensive knowledge of ocean freight products and services. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Established network of customers and vendors, especially in the US/Canada trade lane. Benefits:
