The Senior Solution Specialist works with Corporate enterprise level clients. Sales skill, experience and passion are vital to the Senior Solution Specialist role. - Be responsible for revenues of Talent Solutions and taking care of New Customer
- Establish proposals professionally and meet customer requirements
- Contact/ meet customers, uncover their needs, and deliver the best solutions that help customers solve recruitment needs (individual or BOD)
- Maintaining the existing customers and building new customer relationships
- Follow up and monitor the plans to ensure the commitments to customers
- Be representative to contact customers for due payments
- Be representative to receiving customer's complaints about service quality and promptly proposing problem-solving to customers
- Propose the improvements of assigned services or products
- Implement other assignments by the Director (if any)
- Report to Business Development Director/ Solution Manager (if any)
