- Be responsible for the new clients - Top potential clients
- Establish proposals professionally while meeting customer requirements
- Contact or meet Clients, uncover their needs and deliver the best solutions that helps our clients solve recruitment needs
- Maintain the existing customer base and build new customer relationships
- Follow up and monitor the plans to ensure commitments to customers
- Be representative to contact with customers for due payments
- Be representative to receive customers complaints about service quality and promptly propose problem-solving to customers
- Proactive and propose improvements to the assigned services or products
- Implement other assignments by direct leader
- Report to Business Development Manager or Solution Manager (if any)
