YOUR JOBS:

1. Sourcing & Vendor Management

• Build and maintain relationships with local and regional suppliers to improve lead times, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and logistics providers, ensuring compliance with local regulations and trade agreements (e.g., EVFTA, RCEP).

2. Supply Chain & Inventory Management

• Develop and implement efficient inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
• Oversee procurement activities, ensuring timely product availability to support regional sales schedules.
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records across branches, with a focus on cost control.

3. Export Operations & Regional Logistics Coordination

• Manage compliance with Vietnam’s export regulations, including customs clearance and documentation.
• Coordinate logistics, ensuring timely deliveries and resolving any disruptions in the supply chain.
• Work closely with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to optimize transportation routes and reduce costs.

4. Production & Demand Planning

• Analyze sales data and regional market trends to forecast demand and create production schedules.
• Collaborate with the manufacturing team to align production timelines with client requirements.
• Ensure the master production forecast meets customer needs while balancing inventory costs.

5. Cost Optimization & Process Improvement

• Identify and implement strategies to reduce supply chain costs, focusing on transportation and procurement efficiencies.
• Lead process improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance supply chain operations.
• Provide regular updates to the Account and Business Development teams on order status, lead times, and production schedules.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain or production planning, preferably in a manufacturing/export environment in Vietnam.
• Strong familiarity with logistics network, customs processes, and export regulations.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain planning tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including vendors, logistics providers, and internal departments.
