With the need of expending the team, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Expert to help us fulfill the positions for Strategy and Innovation Office. You will work in harmony with various hiring managers (Tech and Non-tech). To succeed in this role, you should have excellent talent sourcing skill, time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with external and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.
Main Responsibilities
• Search, propose and work with recruitment service providers to post vacancies, ensuring efficiency and cost savings
• Search candidate profiles for assigned vacancies
• Support searching for candidate profiles or posting recruitment information to support company units as required
• Arrange interview schedules, participate in interviews for assigned positions, provide information and interview results to candidates, and negotiate with selected candidates on the proposed salary and acceptance date. official job
• Promote recruitment procedures according to company procedures
• Implement procedures to arrange for new employees to accept jobs
• Monitor probationary employees and carry out procedures for evaluating probationary employees and recommend signing labor contracts. Responsible for preparing and signing labor contracts after probation for employees.
• Check and ensure that the forms in the unit's recruitment process are followed in accordance with company regulations
• Carry out monthly/mid-year/year-end/emergency recruitment reports as required at the Company Office, check and review the unit's recruitment reports and synthesize them into a company-wide recruitment report ty
• Participate in employer brand promotion activities
• Bachelor's degree from university, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics...
• Have more than 7 years of experience working as a recruiter at large-scale company
• Prioritize fast-moving consumer companies
• Knowledge of Vietnamese Labor law
• General human resource knowledge
• Knowledge of business operations and functions
• Communication skills

• Problem-solving skills
• Proficient in using MS. Office
• Good English
