Responsibilites
• Coordinate with CEO and country managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria
• Source applicants through online channels and other professional networks
• Managing the screening process, including resume screening and interviewing
• Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
• Maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with the company
Job Requirement
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
2. Proven experience recruiting employees via Linkedin
3. Proven experience recruiting employees via social media
4. Connection with HR companies in the region
5. At least 3 years' experience recruiting employees in HR company
6. Very good English
