Ensuring the completion of vacancies on time (Mass & Non-mass).
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand recruitment issues, plan & calculate recruitment costs.
Create strategies to develop candidate pools for various job openings.
Establish and enhance recruitment channels and talent acquisition initiatives.
Report recruitment status and measure recruitment effectiveness, forecast appropriate recruitment trends.
Work with other departments to implement internal events aimed at talent attraction.
Maintain regular reporting schedules, including daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment updates.
English communication skill.
Minimum of 2-3 years in a recruitment role, with a preference for Mass/Back Office recruitment experience.
Proficiency in sourcing techniques.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills is a plus.
Resilience under work pressure.
Effective teamwork capabilities.
Excellent communication abilities.
