- Maintain order data in system, generate the defined reports from system.
- Prepare export shipment plan, place cargo booking/SI submission to forwarder, trucking
arrangement, issue shipment note in system.
- Prepare Shipping/ Customs document, coordinate with customs broker to resolve any issue
related to customs clearance process to align with delivery schedule.
- Work with related dept in handling the system billing process.
- Effective communication with the concerned parties to ensure all the shipments on time and
meet customer requirements.
- In charge in shipping expense checking & controlling included normal monthly expense & abnormal cost.
- Report to supervisor if any deviation from the established SOP
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Academic:
- University graduated.
Years of experience
- 1-2 years’ working experience preferred.
Special knowledge
- Skilled in order processing, shipment arrangement & shipping expense controlling.
- Computer knowledge (excel, word, PowerPoint), good excel is required, able to use VNACCS software.
- Good in English communication (writing & speaking).
Other skills
- Able to work independently and under a tight time schedule.
- Good team working spirit
