Responsibility 1: Formulate an annual development strategy and plan

• Build strategies and site development plans in accordance with the Lotte Mart's business goals and strategies;
• Plan and propose potential provinces and cities to open hypermarkets/ shopping malls for Lotte Mart.

Responsibility 2: Project development

• Manage Team to search and identify potential sites for hypermarkets/shopping malls;
• Propose suitable premises in accordance with the company's goals and strategies.
• Work with Committee, land-owners, real estate agencies and other partners to find suitable sites for hypermarkets/shopping malls;
• Coordinate with law firm/ Legal Dept. to negotiate with investors/ landlords about the development process, structure and content of the contract;
• Support the Development Director, and line manager in negotiating prices and contract terms;
• Monitor the progress of the project.

Responsibility 3: Report & Market Research

• Prepare site reports including: collecting and analyzing competitor information, statistics, market potential, analysis of strengths and weaknesses, related projects and events affecting the market to make decisions.
• Update market information (competitors' activities and strategies, influential events related projects), new Laws and Regulations of the State, review and make recommendations to improve the company's development plan, suggest appropriate actions/reactions;
• Make weekly work reports or other reports as the request of the Development Director or General Director.

Responsibility 4: Manage Site Development Team

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• BA degree in Administration/ Economics or relevant majors.
• At least 05 years of experience in site expansion/ site development, especially in Retail/Commercial industries.
• At least 2 years working in the management level
• Good knowledge of the real estate market in Vietnam and legal (Investment, land, real estate …)
• Good relations with Government (authorities)
• Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strategy mindset, analysis, problem solving, decision making.
• Ready to business travel.
• Good at English in both written and oral.
