1. Management support:
- Support higher level engineers in project management, performing necessary work to ensure the project is complet
ed on schedule, quality, cost, safety...
- Participate in supporting the planning, implementation and monitoring stages of the project.
2. Document work:
- Prepare and manage project documents, including storing, organizing and updating necessary documents.
- Carry out checking of project documents and payment documents.
3. Reporting work:
- Support in preparing and submitting regular and unscheduled reports during project implementation.
- Coordinate with relevant divisions/departments to ensure reports are completed on time and accurately.
4. Communication and coordination:
- Assist in contact with contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure project information is communicated
accurately and promptly.
- Participate in project meetings and record meeting minutes when necessary.
5. Other tasks:
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager to effectively support the project.
- Participate in checking, evaluation and work process improvement activities to improve work efficiency
