Site Supervisor (Interior Fit-out)

Mô tả Công việc

Giám Sát Công Trình (Nội Thất) chịu trách nhiệm quản lý thi công các dự án nội thất, đảm bảo chất lượng, tiến độ và tuân thủ các quy định an toàn.

Vị trí này yêu cầu phối hợp với nhà thầu, nhà cung cấp và các bên liên quan để đảm bảo quá trình thi công diễn ra suôn sẻ và hoàn thành thành công.

1. Site Management & Supervision

• Oversee daily site activities and ensure interior works are executed as per the approved design, schedule, and specifications.
• Monitor subcontractors and workers to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards.
• Ensure proper material handling, storage, and usage to prevent wastage.

2. Quality Control & Compliance

• Inspect workmanship, materials, and finishing details to maintain high standards.
• Identify and resolve technical and quality issues at the site.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.

3. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with project managers, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Conduct regular site meetings and report project progress to management.
• Communicate and resolve any site-related issues with relevant stakeholders.

4. Scheduling & Progress Monitoring

• Track project timelines and ensure work is completed on schedule.
• Report delays or potential risks and propose solutions to keep the project on track.

5. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

• Enforce health and safety regulations on-site and ensure workers follow best practices.
• Conduct safety inspections and report any incidents or unsafe conditions.

6. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, work progress, and material usage.
• Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained before execution.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kỹ thuật Xây dựng, Kiến trúc, Nội thất hoặc các ngành liên quan.
• Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong giám sát thi công nội thất hoặc công trình.
• Hiểu biết sâu về vật liệu, kỹ thuật thi công nội thất.
• Tiếng Anh giao tiếp.
• Kỹ năng lãnh đạo, giao tiếp và giải quyết vấn đề tốt.
• Khả năng làm việc đa nhiệm, chịu áp lực cao.
• Thành thạo Microsoft Office, AutoCAD và các phần mềm quản lý dự án là một lợi thế.
• Am hiểu quy định về an toàn lao động trong ngành xây dựng.
