Software Developer Intern

• Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB to meet the organization’s needs.

• Write and maintain client scripts, business rules, UI policies, and workflows. Leverage ServiceNow's scripting capabilities to implement automation, integrations, and custom functionality.

• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs

• Perform requirement analysis, design, implementation and technical documentation

• Perform product testing and provide test documentation to ensure quality consistency

• Support for team competence development (Knowledge sharing, Research, …)

• Configure and customize the ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other modules to meet business requirements

• Work in a fast-paced, Agile/Scrum engineering environment delivering incremental software with high quality

If you can do everything listed above, you’ve got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too: 

• Final year undergraduate in Computer Science or related area with a software development focus 

• Good communication skill, both verbal and written 

• Fast learner with dedication to personal development 

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly 

• Working command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese - you will have a great opportunity to improve your English on the job  

Nice to have: 

• Basic knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). 

• Basic understanding of ITSM systems (IT Service Management) or the ServiceNow platform is an advantage. 

• Experience with APIs or knowledge of REST/SOAP is a plus. 

• Understanding of ITIL best practices and how they are implemented within ServiceNow
